CONGRATULATIONS to Linnea Maypole. She was named the 2024 District Youth Scholarship award winner. Her award sends her to Sjölunden at Concordia Language Villages in Bemidji, MN for a 2 week Swedish language immersion camp. We will be anxious to hear of her experiences. Rolf Bergman was awarded the Adult Scholarship for his interest in Bishop Hill National Archives. He went there for 1 week to work on genealogy and records of District #9. |
